Billing Frequency
CVR MLS bills quarterly for its MLS services. The billing month is the month immediately preceding the relevant quarter.
Late Policy
If the MLS fees are not paid by the due date, MLS services shall be suspended, and a late fee will be applied to the outstanding invoice. If the invoice (including late fees) is paid within this first month of the quarter, the User’s MLS services shall be reinstated.
If the outstanding invoice (including late fees) is not paid by the end of the month of the quarter, the MLS User shall be terminated, and a new application (including application fees) will be required to reinstate services.
