New and updated forms are coming to the CVR MLS library in early August. We encourage you to download the Summary of Forms Changes for more specific details.
Many of these changes are to comply with the NAR Settlement Agreement. The revised Compensation Toolkit has many resources featuring CVR MLS Legal Counsel, Michael Lafayette, which explain these changes and answer some frequently asked questions.
