CVR recently removed the CVR 475 – VA Statement of Tenants Rights and Responsibilities (both English and Spanish versions) from the TransactionDesk library as the form was outdated.  This form is provided by the Virginia Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) and is not a CVR-sourced form.

At this point, the newest version has not been reloaded into our library.  If you are looking for the current version of this form, please visit the DHCD’s website to download the current version (both English and Spanish).
