The MarketStats suite is split into the MarketStats and FastStats icons on your MLS Dashboard.

 

By clicking on the MarketStats icon, you can access the InfoSparks and MarketView tools. These tools are only available to CVR MLS users.

 

 

 

 

 

 

In the InfoSparks tab, you can generate reports based on the following metrics:

• Sales Price
• New Listings
• Homes for Sale
• Pending Sales
• Closed Sales
• Days on Market
• Pct of List Price
• Price Per Square Foot
• Shows to Pending 
• Shows Per Listing

By clicking on the FastStats icon, you can access the public facing FastStats site, where you can generate pre-made PDF reports with one click.

• Monthly Indicator Reports for the Richmond Metro, Tri-Cities, and CVR MLS footprint
• Monthly Housing Supply Overviews for the Richmond Metro, Tri-Cities, and CVR MLS footprint
• ShowingTime Showings Report
• Quarterly Reports for the Richmond Metro, Tri-Cities, and the entire CVR MLS data set
• Annual Reports for the Richmond Metro, Tri-Cities, and the entire CVR MLS data set
