    Complete the Introduction to CVR MLS training

New subscribers of CVR MLS must complete mandatory new user

training within 90 days of account activation. Options to complete this

training in a live environment or on-demand can be found in the CVR

MLS Support Center & Knowledge Base.

 

If the training is not completed within 90 days of account

activation, your MLS account will be suspended. Under a suspended

status, you will not have access to any MLS tools, including Matrix™

and SentriLock.

    Log in to your Member Hub

You can access your Member Hub from the CVR MLS Essential Tools

section on your Dashboard.

    Take a Road Rules training

In Road Rules, you will learn how to avoid costly MLS violations and

earn a fine waiver for a single MLS violation up to $250, good for one

year from the date of the class.
