Sentrilock Billing and Payment History

In 2026, your SentriLock subscription payment is due on June 15, 2026.

 

SentriLock invoices are posted as of May 1, 2026. There are several options to complete your payment.

 

Pay Online

Pay online through SentriLock.com, linked on your MLS DashboardWhen logged in, click Billing & Payments in the upper-right-hand corner to access your invoice.

 

Pay By Mail

Checks may be mailed to:

West Chester, OH 45069

 

Pay By Phone

Call 877-736-8745 and select Option 3

You will be required to provide your​​ 9-digit Sentrikey ID for phone payment. This information can be found in your Account Settings on Sentrilock.com.

 

Enroll in Autopay (online payment only)

  1. When logged in on SentriLock.com, click My Settings in the upper-right-hand corner
  2. Click Account Settings
  3. Click Add Card
  4. Fill in your card information and click Next to complete autopay enrollment

 

Print your SentriLock payment history or a receipt: 

  1. Log in to your SentriLock account through the MLS Dashboard 
  2. Click on the User icon in the upper right-hand corner
  3. Click on Billing and Payments
  4. Click on the Payment History button in the right-hand corner
