CVR MLS and Williamsburg Multiple Listing Service (WMLS) are pleased to announce reciprocal SentriLock lockbox access between the two MLSs will be available beginning Wednesday, November 12, 2025.

Reciprocity is a mutual partnership between our MLSs that allows users to access lockboxes in each jurisdiction without needing separate credentials.

Benefits of Reciprocal Access

There are many benefits of reciprocal lockbox access, including:

• SentriLock lockboxes associated with WMLS will automatically allow seamless access for CVR MLS users, and vice versa.
• CVR MLS users can assign and access SentriLock lockboxes in WMLS's market area without changing or reprogramming regions in the SentriKey app.
• There is no need to contact WMLS or CVR MLS for lockbox access when showing listings across regions, simplifying the listing and showing process.

Lockbox Rules and Showing Information

Both CVR MLS and WMLS users must follow each jurisdiction's lockbox and showing rules.  Please check with the listing agent for any specific showing instructions prior to conducting a showing.  You can also check for the showing instructions within the SentriLock app once you access a lockbox.   

SentriLock Lockbox Reciprocity Across Virginia

CVR MLS offers lockbox reciprocity across the following Associations and MLSs.  This means that you are able to access SentriLock lockboxes from these areas, and agents who obtain SentriLock from these areas can also access CVR MLS lockboxes:

• Blue Ridge Association of REALTORS® (BRAR)
• Chesapeake Bay and Rivers Association of REALTORS® (CBRAR)
• Dulles Area Association of REALTORS® (DAAR)
• Fredericksburg Area Association of REALTORS® (FAAR)
