Every CVR MLS listing has options for internet syndication. Any or all of these options may be restricted on a listing-by-listing basis. These options, as selected, will be consistent for all third-party data consumers, which includes large national portals and brokerage IDX websites.

Internet Display: Selecting ‘yes’ will enable the listing to be displayed to the public on third-party sites. Selecting ‘no’ will disable it. The listing will still display in OneHome.

Address Display: Selecting ‘yes’ will allow public display of the property address. Selecting ‘no’ will disable it. Please note that the mapping may still be available. The listing address will not be available in OneHome.

Comments/Reviews: Selecting ‘yes’ will allow comments and/or reviews to be available on the listing display. Selecting ‘no’ will disable it.

AVM: Automated Valuation Models (AVM's) are automated estimates of the value of a property based on criteria. Because AVMs are created through different formulas, their values and accuracy can vary. Selecting ‘yes’ will allow the data consumer to display an AVM value on the listing. Selecting ‘no’ will disable it.

All CVR MLS listings displayed on the internet will be subject to the CVR MLS IDX rules.

IDX compliance is an ongoing pursuit of CVR MLS. If you find non-compliance on any websites, please contact us at [email protected]
