CVR MLS rules remain unchanged in light of the Delayed Marketing Exempt Listings announcement from NAR.  

The deadline for implementation of the new Delayed Marketing Exempt Listings policy is September 30^th of this year. CVR MLS will continue to monitor any and all updates to the clear cooperation policy (CCP) as NAR’s interpretation of the policy continues to evolve. We expect to post additional updates later this summer.
