Using the “TD” hotlink below the image on a Matrix listing, you can create a transaction using the listing’s data in TransactionDesk. First, click the link highlighted below: 

This will open TransactionDesk in another tab, on the Create Transaction wizard. Choose the name, template, and type. Then the transaction will be created with some fields automatically filled from the listing. 

Please note: When using the hotlink on a REIN listing, you will need to change the source from CVR MLS (Web API) to REIN and remove the REIN ID prefix. For example, REIN12345678 would need to be changed to 12345678 to work.
