To assign a Sentrilock Lockbox to one of your listings from Matrix:

1. Go to Input in Matrix
2. Choose the listing you will assign the lockbox to. 
3. Under Modify Listing, click Assign a Sentrilock Lockbox. 
4. Set the lockbox type to Sentrilock then choose the serial number from your list of lockboxes. 
5. Click done to finalize the change. 

To assign the lockbox from the SentriKey mobile app:
 

1. Tap My Lockboxes
2. Tap Assign/Unassign Property.
3. Choose which lockbox you want to assign.
4. Choose the property you will assign the lockbox to. 
5. Confirm the On Listing Since date.
6. Tap Assign To Property
