Here are some steps in helping you set up and manage auto-pay for your quarterly CVR MLS billing. (Please note that association AutoPay settings must be configured separately.)
Setting Up Your AutoPay
- Log into your Member Hub from your MLS Dashboard tile under the Essential Tools
- Once on the Member Hub Home page, go to the My Billing menu on the left-hand side
- Select the Autopay & Billing tab
- Select the Membership Billing you'd like to set up for AutoPay and select the "Manage AutoPay" blue button
- Select the payment profile you'd like to use for your AutoPay. If you don't have one saved, you can add it now by clicking on the [+] button
- Once you've added a payment profile and selected it, choose what you'd like to pay:
- All membership items (includes required and volunteer dues and fees)
- Only required membership items (only includes CVR MLS fees)
- You'll see a list of what's included and what's voluntary or required under the membership items
- Click on Done.
- You’re all set!
Changing Your Existing Payment / Card*
- Log into your Member Hub from your MLS Dashboard tile under the Essential Tools
- Once on the Member Hub Home page, go to the My Billing Info menu on the left-hand side
- Select the Autopay & Billing tab
- Select the blue “Manage AutoPay” next to your MLS Billing
- Select the new payment method under the Payment Profile dropdown menu. If you don't have one saved, you can add it now by clicking on the [+] button
- Once you've added a payment profile and selected it, choose what you'd like to pay:
- All membership items (includes required and volunteer dues and fees)
- Only required membership items (only includes CVR MLS fees)
- You'll see a list of what's included and what's voluntary or required under the membership items
- Click on Done.
- You’re all set!
Disabling Your AutoPay*
- Log into your Member Hub from your MLS Dashboard tile under the Essential Tools
- Once on the Member Hub Home page, go to the My Billing Info menu on the left-hand side
- Select the Autopay & Billing tab
- Select the blue “Manage AutoPay” next to your MLS Billing
- Select “Disabled” under the Automatic Payments section
- Click on Done
*If you change or disable your AutoPay after the billing has been invoiced to your account, you will have to manually pay for that quarter. Card changes will be effective in the next quarterly billing.
