Total Showings:
Total Showings would be the total number of individual showing appointments for that area in the reporting month. 

Buyer Interest:
This is a Showings per Listing metric and is the average number of showings scheduled on active listings for the month of the report. In order for a listing to be included in the calculation of this metric, a listing must be enabled for ShowingTime services and must have a showing in its first 28 days on the market.

Managed Listings:
The total number of listings managed by ShowingTime in the specified area during the reporting month.
