Agents may provide Lockbox access through the SentriConnect app with Seller’s written permission to licensed pest control inspectors, unlicensed assistants, active licensed real estate agents that are not members of CVR MLS, or Associations and MLS's providing lockbox reciprocity.

• In your SentriKey app, open the hamburger menu and select "My Lockboxes."
• Select "Grant SentriConnect Access."
• Select the Lockbox that you would like to grant access to.
• Enter the email of the person  you would like to grant access to, the start time, and end time.
• Select "Grant Access." The system will prompt you to enter your PIN or Touch ID.
• An email invitation to download SentriConnect will be sent to the email that you entered. The lockbox access grant will appear in the person's SentriConnect App.
