When selecting property type please be sure to check tax records. It is important to select the correct property type because the choice is permanent. Because of the architecture of the listing database, this field cannot be changed like most others. Some properties may appear to be a property type but surprisingly be zoned as another by the county. If you create a listing with the incorrect property type, please re-list as the correct type using "Input from MLS#."
