RENTAL - Bathrooms should be entered as follows:

•    Full bath count before the decimal
•    Half bath count after the decimal (one half bath = .1, two half baths = .2, three half baths = .3, etc.)
•    Examples:
            One full bath and one half bath would be entered as:  1.1
            Three full baths and two half baths would be entered as: 3.2
