There are two ways of reporting potential listing violations to CVR MLS compliance staff.
For Lockbox, Showing Violations, Clear Cooperation inquiries, etc., email [email protected] or submit a ticket in our Support Center and Knowledge Base. Please be sure to include any documentation, such as proof of public marketing or showing reports.
For data inaccuracies, such as incorrect square footage or bedroom count, you can report your concern to the compliance department by using the link at the bottom of the listing. The link reads, “If you believe there is an issue with this listing, click here to anonymously report the problem.”
It is important to note that reports cannot be submitted on data share listings as the CVR MLS compliance team does not enforce compliance on listings from other MLSs. Reports regarding listings from another system can be submitted to Compliance via email to [email protected].
On the following page, you will need to enter the details of the issue into the note text. Please be mindful that reports are not the appropriate place to enter questions about a listing. Questions about CVR MLS compliance procedures should be emailed directly to [email protected].
Reports are reviewed daily and are processed in the order they are received. You can view the status of your reports by clicking Reported Violations in the Listing Data Checker panel.
Reports are anonymous both ways, meaning CVR MLS does not share who has submitted a report and does not share the details of the conclusion of the report.
