CVR MLS and the Williamsburg MLS (WMLS), will begin an intra-MLS data share in January 2026. 

As data share partners, CVR MLS and WMLS users will have access to listings in each respective MLS.  This data share works differently from our other CVR MLS data shares with REIN, Bright, and Chesapeake Bay and Rivers (CBRAR). Those partnerships integrate their listings directly into our Matrix system and appear in a standard listing search. In contrast, this WMLS data share is not integrated; its listings are accessed separately through the Other Markets tab. 

The WMLS listings will be in Matrix under the Other Markets tab. Both CVR MLS and WMLS users will be able to send listings to their clients from within the Other Markets tab. All agent email activity will be logged with each MLS’s Other Markets tab, respectively. 

While displayed differently than our other data shares, the addition of the WMLS data in the Other Market tab of Matrix adds to our extensive listing data currently available to CVR MLS users.
