The following changes to Matrix are scheduled for release on January 27th

 

1. Rental Property Sub -Types:

 

In the Rental Input form's Type field, separate Condo and Townhouse options will be added and the combined Condo/Townhouse option will be removed from the Rental input form.

 

 

When searching for Rentals, Condo/Townhouse - LEGACY can be used in the Type picklist to find rental listings entered before this field change.

 

Please note: you must update any Auto Email and Saved Search Criteria to search for Condo and Townhouse rental listings separately moving forward.

 

 

2. Multi-Family Property Types:

A new "5+ Units" option will be added to the Multi-Family property type.  Agents will be able to enter properties with more than four (4) units for a wider variety of multifamily listings within one property type.  Additionally, to add clarity, we have restructured the "types" and will sunset High Rise, Low Rise, and Rooming House.  

 

Please Note: You must update your Auto Emails and Saved Searches to reflect the new fields. Searches looking for High Rise, Low Rise, and Rooming House will no longer return new listings.

 

3. Sewer/Septic

 

Based on user and committee feedback, the Sewer/Septic field will see several changes to achieve better clarity and accuracy.

Please Note:  You must updated any Auto Email and Saved Searches using the old values to continue to find new listings after this change.

 

4. Public Record Search Criteria

 

Above Ground Square Footage will be added as a searchable field to the Matrix Public Record search in the Additional Fields picklist.

 

Above Ground Square Footage is only available in the Public Record Search. For above grade square footage information on CVR MLS listings, please continue to search by Above Grade Finished Area.
