In this video I’ll show you how to update your agent photo in Matrix. To change the account photo that is associated with your MLS ID go to the Input page. Under Agent Roster click Edit existing. Enter your MLS ID number then click Modify. Click Manage Photos Then click browse to search your device for a photo and upload. This image will be set as the default image whenever an agent pulls up your information in Matrix. This photo will also be displayed on emails you send to your clients from the MLS Touch mobile app.
Next let’s go over where to add photos to brand materials sent to your clients and prospects out of Matrix. In the My Information section of Settings, you can add a custom photo to the Header & Footer that is added to printed documents and reports you create in Matrix. Under the Header & Footer tab, check “Use Custom Photo” and click change photo to upload the image you want to use. If you have multiple photos added to this page, you can change between your uploads at any time.
The same function and photos will be available under the CMA Cover Sheet tab and the One Home tab. The photo selected on the One Home tab will be displayed on emailed listings sent out of matrix and when your clients view your agent-information in the One Home portal.
