If you receive an error stating "No Permissions - Sorry, you do not have permission to access this content. Please contact your help desk for assistance" please follow the instructions below. This error can occur when closing the browser prior to logging out of the dashboard. 

1) Click the 'Logout' link in the lower right side of the page.

2) Clear the cache of your bowser, close it completely, then re-open it.
