Many of our data share partners allow listings that are under contract with contingencies to remain in an Active status in their MLS systems.

For better visibility, contingencies are now listed in blue directly under the MLS number and listing status in the MLS.

Please be sure to review the contingencies listed and advise your clients accordingly.

You can also search by the Contingency field in the search by using the keyword search function as shown below.
