As of May 14, 20225, the CVR MLS and Bright MLS data share is available to all users.

Bright MLS serves over 100,000 users across the District of Columbia and six Mid-Atlantic states. This data share includes all of Bright's Virginia jurisdictions.

As data share partners, CVR MLS and Bright MLS users have access to listings in each respective MLS. The listings are inside Matrix and available in your client searches, emails, and portals—just like a CVR MLS listing. 

By mutually exchanging listing data within our native MLS systems, our brokers and agents have broader exposure for their listings and have a wider geography of listing information available to them to support their clients and customers.
