With the growth of new construction, agents (particularly those who work in new construction) may not find the subdivision for their listing in the dropdown menu.

Agents may send a request to the MLS team at [email protected] to request the addition of a subdivision name to our dropdown menu.

CVR MLS will require a copy of the recorded plat for the development along with the request.  If the subdivision can be clearly identified in the tax records or is available online (through the jurisdiction's online records), agents may provide a link to the online resource in lieu of the recorded plat.  

Once the recorded plat is received, the staff will add the subdivision to the list.
