Finding the MLS Area for a Listing

If the area for an MLS listing is not available on the tax record or from a previous listing, you can use the following methods to determine the area:

Method 1: Public Record Search

  1. Look up the listing in the Public Record Search.
  2. The area will usually be listed under the location information.

Method 2: MLS Area Map Overlay in Realist

  1. Open Realist and add the MLS Area map overlay.
  2. Locate the property on the map.
  3. The area will be displayed based on the property's location.
